We encourage customers who are living locally to use our contactless click and collect service. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified by email when it is ready to collect. Note: Covid 19 may impact delivery timelines.

We want you to be happy with jewellery purchase or gift, so we offer an exchange, refund or voucher if you decide to return your order within 30 days of purchase. You can post back to us or return to our shop.
All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

**For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept the exchange of earrings once the packaging has been opened. Engraved items are also non returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
